Returns

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for Retail Packs that are:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original sealed packaging

  • In resalable condition

If the seal is broken or the product has been opened, it cannot be returned.

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Decants

  • Inspired variants

  • Testers

  • Used or unsealed products

  • Items damaged due to mishandling

  • Requests raised more than 3 days after delivery

Replacements (When and Why)

A replacement can be requested if:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

Replacements are meant to correct genuine delivery or quality issues. They are not applicable for preference-based concerns such as liking or disliking a fragrance.

Replacement Conditions

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition

  • An unboxing video is mandatory

Unboxing Video Guidelines

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed outer package before opening

  • Be continuous and unedited

  • Capture the entire unboxing process until the product is fully visible

Videos with cuts, edits, or pauses will not be accepted for claims.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us at support@valentyne.com

Subject Line:

  • For returns: RETURN โ€“ Order ID

  • For replacements: REPLACEMENT โ€“ Order ID

In the email, briefly describe the issue and attach supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please ensure the product is securely packed for return pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7โ€“15 business days.

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)

If the return or replacement is due to an error from our side, we cover the return shipping cost. In all other approved return cases, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
